Quotes and estimates

Quotes provided through this website or following a site survey are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is subject to site survey and may vary based on actual property conditions.

Cancellation rights

For contracts agreed at a distance (online or by phone), you have 14 days to cancel from the date of signing. To cancel, contact us at enquiries@grwsolar.co.uk or 0800 059 0606. If installation is scheduled within 14 days and you give express consent to proceed, you may lose this cancellation right.

Warranties

Solar panel systems installed by GRW Solar include:

• Manufacturer warranties on panels, inverters, and batteries (varies by product)
• Workmanship warranty on installation

Specific warranty terms are provided with your quote and installation documentation.

Complaints

If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us at enquiries@grwsolar.co.uk or 0800 059 0606. We're a member of HIES and follow their dispute resolution process.

Finance

We introduce customers to Access Business Finance for asset finance options. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and do not provide financial advice. Any finance agreement is between you and the finance provider. Finance is subject to status and affordability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
